At least 130 hotels will be operational and a further 70 would be under construction in the next five years. The group has 90 properties under operation and a further 50 properties under construction at present. There will be 100 operational properties of the group by end of this year.

The number of rooms will also double to 20,000 by 2022 from around 10,000 at present. Four new properties will come up in Mumbai, some of which will be near the airport.
